Wonderful experience! I made a reservation and took my Dad to have a pedicure. We were pleasantly greeted at the door and promptly seated. The chairs really reclined, the water was nice and hot, which was great because it was a cold March day, and the foot, calf and shin massage was amazing! And the music; the sweet, relaxing music. All acoustic. A mellow piano and soft instruments. It was an hour of enjoyable, pampering. My toes looked absolutely gorgeous!

I love coming here. Everyone is friendly, they know my name, I have the same gal every time and she's terrific. I love that there are no tv's blaring. Just quiet music and nice people!

Do NOT come here. I walked in and asked if I could get just one nail fixed and some Asian man who was doing someone's Nails couldn't even look up and look at me in the eyes and just utters "we busy" and I'm like are you sure I can't just wait and he just says nothing and continues on working on his nails. The place wasn't even busy there were people sitting around. I don't know what it was, I don't know if it was the way I looked. I mean I don't look any out of ordinary sort of way but I don't know, these people were very very rude. I'm so confused how people get their nails done there is there likes a secret code that you have to say in order to get an appointment there I'm just very confused.

I wanted to LOVE this place but left so very disappointed....
My Spa pedicure was fabulous but my shellac manicure was terrible!!! I noticed on the shellac pallet that there was a chrome option that looked gorgeous. I chose a blue chrome color and they didn't have the correct powder to match the example. I asked multiplease times during the process if it would lighten up once the chrome was applied and was assured it would. It didn't. They had to remove the shellac and begin again which is extremely time consuming. I picked out yet another chrome color and was told that they had the correct powder and could replicate the second example I chose onot the pallet. Fifty minutes into the second attempt it was very obvious that it was not going to be even close to the pallet color. The male technician/manager that was somewhat overseeing the disaster began comparing the pallet colors to faded paint on an old car. According to him the pallet color was impossible to replicate because the polish was old and faded!! Why on earth would you use it as an example then? I didn't have the time or energy for my technician to polish my nails a third time so I told them that I would not pay the ten extra dollars for the chrome. I was then accused by the female technician manager of simply trying to swindle them. Absurd. I paid my $51 for my services, tipped my technician $20 because it was Chinese New Year and she had worked her tail off and she felt terrible that I was so disappointed in the color. I didn't pay the $10 because on principal. Shame on you TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT for not setting your hard working technicians up for success with the correct polish and chrome powder. I hope you don't keep her tip for yourselves. I noticed she had to put it in a drawer when I gave it to her.

I love this nail salon! Jasmine is great. They always remember you by name. Brand new spa chairs, a variety of services, and just a friendly experience keeps me coming back!
