Okay, so one day I felt like I deserved a manicure and a pedicure. Knowing that Lan's Spa was very near, I went inside. The interior was very clean and I felt right at home. When my nails were drying off, I asked the manager named Holly for information about facial treatment and body massage. Holly did not speak fluent English, and she was not very clear in her response. I felt as if her response was due to her little knowledge of facial treatment and body massages, and her lack of experience. She also gave me a brochure, to which she just told me to read it. I was very upset: how could such a great spa have such an incompetent staff? I am not saying that Holly is a bad person: she is just a BAD PERSON FOR THE JOB. I do not believe that Holly has enough experience to work for the customers (me, of course). The prices of the services were very fair, but I felt that it was not worth it in terms of the treatment and service that I had recvieved.

Very happy with my neon gel manicure and the clean, calm environment here, less happy with the chair massage (admittedly $10) which has left me with bruises. Staff seem nice but are also very pushy about tips - and prices are high enough to begin.
