Walked in for a pedicure and to have my acrylics removed. First, I was rushed to pick a color I went with a basic white. The pedicure was fine. No problems. When it came time to remove my acrylics, the technician used a cuticle pusher to rip them off after soaking in acetone. Broke 2 of my nails in the process. Did my right hand first really nice. However, my left hand does not look as good. She rushed to do my left hand. Applied 3 coats of gel polish and did not let them cure for the time needed. The nails have bumps and do not look as fully painted as the right. These are meant to be my birthday nails, but I will be going somewhere else to have this fixed by tomorrow. There was no reason for them to rush my nails, especially when I am paying for a service, not an item.

They were very accommodating and accepted my short-notice appointment on their busy Saturday. Treated me like an favorite client. Meticulous work! I plan to return in the near future and perhaps include a foot massage.

Super nice staff in a very relaxing environment. Facility is spotless. Appreciate that the staff wear masks.
Convenient location. Lots of services to choose from.. Make an appointment or walk in.Added bonus: Get a punch card and earn a free service.

I went in for a dip $55. She filled my nails down to the point where there wasn’t much of a nail at all. I was on the chair for over 1 1/2 hours. The next day (less than 24 hours) the color of 3 of my nails had peeled off. I called to let them know so they can fix it. Unfortunately, I had somewhere to be so couldn’t go back the next day. On Sunday, two more peeled off. They were closed Sunday. I went back on Monday, asked them to remove the dip and give me a regular manicure. She wanted to file my nails down even more. You can see the skin under my nails bc they are so short.
She gave me the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten - ever. My 6 year old granddaughter could have done a nicer job. I could tell the nail polish was old. I was a little surprised it was pretty empty on a Friday afternoon (with the exception of one other customer), I figured out why pretty quickly. On Monday when I went back it was completely empty. I don’t know how they stay in business.
Yes they seemed very nice but I felt I got robbed. No apology no money back. I don’t typically leave bad reviews but I don’t want it to happen to someone else.. They actually have a sign on the wall that said ‘no money back’. Never seen that before.
It’s close but I won’t go back.
