Q Nails is the only nail salon that I go to. I've been coming here for over 10 years and I have always had excellent service! Angie and her staff are knowledgeable in their craft and are always up to date on all the new trends. The Q Nails staff always greet everyone with their name and welcoming smile. Angie is always accommodating to all of her customers and because of this I have never had a bad experience or seen a customer leave unhappy.

We are from out of state and needed a place to get my mom and daughters nails done for a wedding. The ladies were amazing. Extremely friendly and clean. Also they got their eye brows waxed. Prices were great! Definitely will be back when we come into town!!

So, this happened to Beth and myself this past Thursday at Q Nails on Jungermann. I left shaking and in tears and just plain flabbergasted! My heart was saddened for Beth to hear someone say that about her! I posted this on yelp immediately after the fact and it took me a day to decide what I wanted to do about it~ I will be calling the local news and Beth’s representative!!
I would like to add that when I was finally able to drive I took Beth to another salon, Pretty Nails on N. St. Peter’s, and they were more than kind and professional. Beth had her first salon pedicure since her accident! She thoroughly enjoyed it!
Good wins over Evil again!! 😇
I feel like Paul Harvey~ and here’s the rest of the story~ After the staff member said they don’t take people like her I immediately responded “What do you mean like her?” She pointed at Beth and said “Like her. I don’t know what wrong with her.” I said, “There’s nothing Wrong with her.” I tried for about 30 seconds to explain and she kept saying No no no~ I just needed to leave by then. I did mention to her Then why do you say you are wheelchair accessible on Google if you don’t take people in wheelchairs? Went to my van to write my yelp review when Beth’s caregiver/friend Chelsea says,”Um, look up.” The customer and staff member were at my window. They were going to explain wheelchair accessible to me which doesn’t mean they have to take people like my daughter. I told them they needed to step away from my wheelchair accessible van and go back inside.🤦♀️ Sat there for a bit and said, “Beth, Chelsea~ feel up to trying again?” Yes from both and I’m so happy we did! I don’t want Beth or myself to feel deflated. 😇

I been coming to this nail shop for many years. I was horrified to what I witness on the news. While I do agreed to the idea of inclusiveness for everyone we must understand the owner's point of view. It's not like she doesn't want your business she just doesn't have the experience of handling someone with special needs. As far as I am concerned I would have someone with the knowledge and experiences if I have someone with special needs. If I were dealing with the situation I would have sat down with the owner and come up with some sort of compromise.
My experience been really great throughout my years living here in St. Peters. Been recommending this place to my friends for many years. While I have gone to other places to get my nails done this place is my top 3!!
PS: no need to review a business IF you have never done business at this place. Let's not forget people count on these reviews to make a living.

I personally love this place. It beats all the other places I have been to around this area.
I usually do a full set, pedicure and eyebrow waxing.
They have always been nice and respectful and have gotten to me in a timely manner.
I will refer people to this place and will continue going here. :)
