After 2 hours of waiting a man did sns nails for me.He did a terrible job . He left around my nails very dirty , they were very thick and uneven, the shape of the nail were all different ,he kept saying oh my god cause he kept messing up and he put gel on top which made them thicker. So when I go up to pay I spoke to Lisa and told her. She said to come back and she will fix them. So I make an appointment and go the next day and there is a sign outside saying the are remodeling. I was never informed. I called and spoke to Lisa again and told her I need a refund since they can’t fix my nails. She told me they won’t be open till July and hung up. I called again and told her I need a refund and she said no and hung up again. Don’t go there they are very rude people.

So friendly, and great nails. They offer other services, but don’t push you to use them. Lisa is the best.

I knew it was going to be a wait when I arrived. However, when I was finally called back, I was rushed through my pedicure and then the tech just left. I sat there with a nail that needed to be fixed for 20 minutes before the tech next to me said she would fix it. So an additional 20 minutes to do all of that. I walked out the front to pay and waited while the (I’m assuming) owner chatted and cussed, enjoying her time. I said I need to leave so she charged me then challenged me when I said I wouldn’t leave a tip. Worst experience.

If no rating was possible that’s what I would choose. I went here a week ago and the lady blamed me for her making me bleed and she was rude. She kept wanting me to relax my hand but I was relaxed and I kept thinking “I have bones in my body how relaxed can I get” like I’m not a doll. She kept pulling on me and moving me around and she didn’t clean up my cuticles and she made me bleed because she buffed off part of my cuticle which made it bleed and she blamed me for that which was messed up. She kept laughing the whole time and wouldn’t sit still while doing my nails. I had to fix them when I got home because she didn’t chip off some of the acrylic part that was under the nail and she didn’t put enough coats of nail polish on my nails. Plus they look lumpy on the sides of them. Hands down this is the worst place to go. I had a coupons for $21.99 and was charged $35, that doenst make sense at all. I was like screw it and handed her the money and walked out because I didn’t have the patience to argue with her. Don’t go here you get blamed for an injury that they caused. 😡

I had excellent service! Lisa made sure my nails were perfect! When I came back with two broken nails and asked her to shorten the other ones she didn’t charge me.
