By farrr the worst customer service in the word. I went to this sallys because their website said that they close at 8, I got there at 7:02 and it was close, i knock on the door and the girl ignored me completely, a customer from inside told me they were close, not a big deal I go it, i still wanted to ask them if they had an item to come back tomorrow. When She opened the door to let a client out, i ask her "hey, do you guys by chance have" she closed the door on my face and gave me this nasty look. I was amazed that a person who works in customer service can be this rude. I never talk to her in a bad way. All she had to do (in case she didnt wanted to reply my 2 second question)was say a simple "I cant help you right now, sorry". I understand that everybody has a bad day at work, I have them too but come on. I deal with hard people everyday and I would have never treat a client like this lady treated me. In case someone from her job is reading this that girl is making sallys loose business .i went instead to another beauty supply that was right around the block that has better selection and the staff is doing their job, the name is HAIR LINK way much better, if you are around the area and need a beauty supply don't go to this sallys.

Just got here at 7:30pm and they're Closed. Smh. Hours say they close at 8pm!! They close when they want now- DONT COME HERE, you'll be disappointed! I used to like coming to this location, but nope, I'm going to the other locations from now on (Caesars bay, Gateway, or bay ridge!)

digusting! There are two workers talking and not asking for help. I drove 4 miles here because the nasty female that told me that product here was not here. Not once did they come ask me did I need help. On the phone the female was so nasty and rude! Never again.... unprofessional!!!
