I went in looking to get a gel manicure. I had an awesome experience with "T"! (Yes, that's the name he gave me lol)
First off, I'm one of those people who usually go get my nails done after work; I'm usually tired and would prefer to just zone out and stare at the TV and not really engage in much conversation. T was extremely friendly and I *truly* enjoyed talking with him - and he's hilarious! I was laughing the whole time. I complained to him that I was really unhappy with my last gel manicure (from a different place) which was less than two weeks ago, and my "gel" polish had already all lifted and chipped off. He told me I'd really like the "dip" kind of polish if I was looking for true longevity and it was only $5 extra. He did an amazing job, was SUPER nice, and my nails feel like STEEL. This stuff isn't going anywhere anytime soon! So if you want a really good experience and go see T!

The staff was very unfriendly and rude. They do not listen to what you ask for and try to give you something you didn’t ask for to make more money. My nail guy was very, very rude during the duration of my time there. My acrylic nail also fell off the day after I got them done. Not to mention my nail guy burned every single nail on my hand with the motorized file to the point where I was in excruciating pain. I seriously can’t even explain how rude these people are and I’m in complete awe that this nail place still receives business. Their tools are filthy and the overall atmosphere was very dirty. Someone needs to shut this place down honestly. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Usually I have a great experience here but not this weekend. 'Peter' is rude and did not do a great job on my nails. If you go here, ask for someone else if you get 'Peter'.

Nails were different lengths by at least a half a centimeter. Was quite frustrated. Although the next time I went in it was great!

I don’t usually write reviews but this place was not pleasant. They hurt my daughter’s cuticles and the entire manicure was rushed.Btw did not last two weeks (for gel manicure)as they stated, it faded and chipped off rather quickly. I was told that they pampered their customers and offered beverages, I was not offered anything instead I was rushed out of there. Not relaxing at all:/
