Been here a few times now to get gel manicures and wasn’t too thrilled with any of the outcomes and it always takes a very long time for a mediocre result. The people are nice but my nails never come out quite right. I think maybe I always end up with new people that are slower, timid and less experienced. Will try another nail shop

Really liked this place until last week... The prices are high but not a problem for good service. Let's just say my last visit was half as good as every other time. Spa pedicure I get is $34. I got a regular manicure. I was rushing to leave and she asked if I wanted a receipt. I stupidly said no. Looked at my statement days later to see 69.00 from them. I tipped 7.00 cash... REALLY??? Do the math.

This place is crazy. So many chairs. After 6:00 on Saturday nite people ware still coming in. Convenient and easy to park in the lot. Didn't have to wait for mani-pedi. Will come back. Price good

I knew I'd regret doing my nails here, but it was the only place that could do my nails right away. My nails look like a child painted them, you can literally see the layers of every coat since they weren't painted uniformly. Just save your money and find somewhere else!

Went in for a fill, eyebrow and lip wax. Worst wax that I've had in years. The lady performing the service was really nice but a horrible waxer; very heavy handed (left a big bump on my eyebrow for over a week from plucking my skin with the tweezers). I asked for shape up and clean out of my eyebrows. She literally did no shape at all. My eyebrows looked exactly the same as when I walked in. Then when she fixed them, she made them uneven and waxed the end off of my left eyebrow! I advised the manager of my dissatisfaction and she just said, "oh". Needless to say, I didn't stay for the fill.
