Clean and professionally looking place. People are polite but they try to do their job too quickly. Take your time guys and don't rush.
About tipping. I always ask locals to learn it from Europeans. Unfortunately, Americans still don't know the definition for the word tip. Asking a customer such question as " would you like to leave me a tip", sounds really silly.

Okay so this place is a hit or miss, why, because sometimes the haircut is on point and they listen to instructions. Other times you tell em' 5x what not to do, and guess what they still manage to do the one thing you told them NOT to do.

The wait is long and i made an appointment one time and they were behind and saw 2 walk ins and 2 appointments before me and when i got up to ask after waiting 40 minutes they said oh your up next they didnt call my name because they didnt know how to pronounce it i was very upset they styled my hair for free but i wanted to get a trim and leave and i checked in to let them know i was here when i got there one of the hair stylist is also rude a guy that works in the front chair he doesnt make you feel confident very disappointed with his professionalism

They have some really good barbers here. Sometimes I get a haircut I hate, but I usually get a really good one. Nice people.

Get my haircut here regularly and it's always a good job. Dong, in particular, always does a great job, but I've never had a bad hair cut when he's not around.
