My acrylics were misshapen and broke off in a matter of days- so brittle. Took my mother-in-law, paid $200 total for 2 full sets. Mine broke off, hers rubbed off. I did go back to have mine filed a little more and shaped up, which she did happily. But I don’t want to have to go back to get something fixed and I want quality gel/acrylic.

They did an excellent job! I showed them a picture from Pinterest that I absolutely loved and they were able to duplicate the detailed design that I wanted! Most places will not even attempt this! Thanks again! I will return!

✖️So Sad to go to get Pampered and 3 hours later expensive left us with BURNS/BLISTERED feet with CUTs and also was very expensive!!✖️
I was excited to have a “Girls Day” with a friend of mine. She does so much for others while also takes care of her daughter who has Retts Syndrome with always a smile on her face. Needless to say she would rather put her wants and needs last to help and be there for others. Extremely rare these days!
We agreed that it would be nice to go together and get pampered. We decided to go to JV Nails at 10223 Universty City Blvd. Suite F
Charlotte, NC 28213 because it was the closest location so if there was a emergency, we could get back ASAP because a nurse had to stay with my friends daughter while we both got a pedicure: I chose the ICE DANCER Pedicure and she decided on the ORGANIC DELUXE Pedicure.
It was the worst experience I have ever had!!
They burned my toes so bad with the paraffin wax that painful blisters came up on my toes.
My friend informed them that she was diabetic and asked if they understand how important it was not to use the razor or anything that could cut due to being on blood thinner. The lady shook her head yes but she really did not understand her and the lady beside her who was giving me my pedicure yelled at her coworker and said to NOT say she understood If she didn’t. She did try to apologize and said she knew very very little English. She used the sharp tools on her anyway and cut her.
I then got a full set and she got a manicure. They made my nails look very thick and uneven and different sizes. We were in this nail salon for over three hours because of how slow and unprepared they were.
It’s horrible that we went to get pampered and ending up with burns and cuts.

The best place to come.. The girls are very Professional with Great Customer Service. They work very hard to accept every one that comes in. I read reviews of other places around and just decided to stay with JV Nails. If you give them a try tell them KimberlyGeorge recommend you.
