My first time coming here and last time. I went in and showed a picture of an ombré color I wanted. The young girl who was doing my nails was very nice and she was doing very good. I was doing my nails shellac and at one point she has to take take off the clear polish and redo which I didn’t mind, but the manager who i believe it was didn’t even want her to fix it the right way and wanted her to just paint over it but the young girl still fixed it. When it was time to put the other color for ombré look, the manger just started painting my nails on one hand while the young girl finished base color on the other hand. Mgr asked if I liked and I told her I didn’t because it didn’t looked like ombré at all, it was done wrong. Mgr just get kept painting away and got mad at the end because I wasn’t satisfied with the work. I told her since the beginning that I didn’t Like it but if she would have let me speak and not interrupt,problem would have been resolved. At the end mgr said she would not fix it anymore. If she would have been happy to fix it like I wanted it, i would of definitely gone back but with that attitude and being a mgr is just horrible service especially when she just kept bugging the young girl who was doing a good job. This Location is at 9778 Katy freeway, ste #200. I hate to complain, this is the first time I ever review something but the service she gave me was ridiculous.

Really nice. Pleasant atmosphere. The technician work was good. I would definitely go back.

I didn't like the fact that they gave me a different price over the phone.
I called and they said 25pedi + 10 mani. Once I was there, already sitted, feet in the water, they show me their price and it's 16 for the mani. I usually go somewhere else and it's $30 for both.
Reply: other than the screenshot showing my call to you before the visit, how do you want me to prove that? I don't use a recorder when I make phone calls. Maybe I should have, given this experience.

So I believe that I rated the wrong place 5 days ago. I went to this place last Wednesday before 7 pm because is next to my job. Apparently the lady was rushed and didn't take the time to do the manicure, I asked for Shellac or gel nail polish and the way that she did it wasn't the best. Expensive and the job not the best and Less than a week and it is peeling - the Gel nailpolish

Don’t waste your money here!! Go somewhere else!!!!!. My niece decided to use this place for the first time yesterday, the price is average, the service is okay but the product sucks. she was not happy with the result but instead of going back, tell them and getting them to fix them, she left, when she made it to my house and shared the story with me, I drove her back to the store as it was time to teach her a lesson on how to use your voice when needed. They unhappily accepted her back and with somewhat of an attitude worked on 4 of her nails again. Here is the sad final
