I have been going to Macy's nails for years n drive an hour out of my way each time i go there n i always see Dan cuz hes "usually" good. I wanted coffin shape n i wanted pink and white ombre i like them coated thick. He messed up big time. I never get gel only got it this time because they were soo thin ewwww! He said something about a more natural look but thats not what "I" wanted! Then added the gel to make them thicker but had to pay more for his mistake? Wtff.. then he messed up on the shape I left Macy's nails on St.Patricks day with a broken nail, all very thin nails, and the shape was wayyy off more like squared french tips n said he didnt have that color pink to make the fade? I showed him my nails before i left showing him the broken one and his response was no one will notice...ummm no i dont go get my nails done that day n have them come out broken😡😡 mistakes happen but not the whole process in one sitting sooo crazyyy to me cuz hes usually good "usually"...this rating might be changed if my problem is fixed

I literally just left there. I arrived at 12:28PM and left at 3:40PM. I was with a group of 3 all I got was a gel mani and pedi and they got pedi with clear coat and the other just regular polish and full set of acrylics with regular polish. They were very nice to us but they kept leaving us to help many other people that came in after us then got back to us. I would never go back there again.

Needed my nails filled last minute (originally had them done else where) and they turned out great, so so much better than the last salon I went to!!!! I couldn't have asked for more last minute, Got in quick and was out in about one hour. The other customers there seemed to be regulars and it's obvious why. Great work and friendly.

Dan is by far the best for nails and Lee is great for hair. They do take walk ins and Lee does both men and womens cuts. Very reasonable prices.

I love ❤️ the Staff!! Dan & Helen are sooo sweet and kind. Never harsh to their customers and they take their time on each one unlike some places I've been to! I left a place that almost demanded how much I had to give her for a tip, that was the last day I went to her too !! How rude is that 😡😡😡😡
