I'm sad to give two stars as the gentleman that did my nails was amazing! My issue is with the owners. They have awful customer service and are super misleading. I walked in and told him what I wanted and he said $35 cash. When I went to pay it was magically $52... I paid $10 for the length and $7 for a shape i said i didn't want. Awful awful awful service. Do not recommend this nail salon AT ALL!! Save your money and frustrations and go to a nail salon that wont RIP you off and STEAL YOUR MONEY!! Not to mention the owners wife tried fighting with me over the cost of the shape which was one I didn't want..

It was the only place I could find that was open on labor day. My nails are ok, but it's definitely not the best place to go. The person who did my nails didn't pay attention to the details. The gel paint is patchy and I have bubbles in my nails.

I hate to leave a poor review, but feel that it is necessary. I had a pedicure and full set done. The pedicure was great, but my full set was horrid. The gentleman doing my nails did not take the time to ask what shape I wanted, and got up to leave twice for about five minutes each time while doing my nails. He paused while doing my nails to clip a couple of his own nails. Paint job was VERY sloppy with polish on and outside of the cuticle. Acrylics were not well shaped, they literally look like someone took bubble gum and stuck it my my finger and tried to shape it like a nail... I now have to go to another salon to have my nail situation fixed. I don’t think I have ever had a full set that looked this bad. Pedicure was great, but I will not be returning to this nail salon.

Horrible. If I hadn't been there with my niece, I'd have walked out.
We were told the wait was ~20 minutes. They asked if we'd mind sitting in chairs that weren't near each other. We said that was ok.
But, instead they began my niece's pedicure after we had been waiting 45 minutes. It wasn't until I told them it was too late to begin my pedicure that they seated me after waiting well over an hour. I was seated in a chair that was not a functioning massage chair despite there being 5 other open chairs.
The nail polish selection is slim and most of the polishes are VERY old. They bumped my niece's wet polish leaving a quarter inch blemish but didn't fix it.
They also charge a 10% upcharge when paying by credit card.
The shoulder rub was nice until they started pounding on my back and shoulders. That feels nice when laying down but with my head hanging forward while sitting IT HURTS!

They upcharged everything without you telling them they were doing that. I took two teens in to get nails done. Told them they wanted regular paint yet they put on gel. The girls were young and inexperienced so I felt they did it in purpose bc they knew "There mom would have to pay the bill" the nails were are bubbly and not even painted right on both of the girls hands. I normally NEVER write bad reviews unless I feel truly passionate about it.
