South Park Mall is a vibrant and lively shopping destination, especially during the festive and holiday seasons. The atmosphere is bustling with excitement, making it a fun place to visit. However, be prepared for large crowds, particularly at the food courts, where finding a table to sit and eat can be a challenge. The major stores, while offering great variety, can sometimes feel a bit cramped during peak times, leading to long waiting lines that can spill out into the aisles. Despite this, the mall has a lot to offer, with a Cinemark, bars, and restaurants conveniently located right at the main entrance. Overall, South Park Mall is a fantastic place to shop, dine, and enjoy some entertainment, especially if you're in the mood for a lively and energetic environment. Just remember to plan your visit during off-peak times if you prefer a more relaxed experience.

Walking inside is like walking into a time machine where malls were still relevant, fun and fulfilling. There were stores present I have not seen in a mall in years. I hope it continues to stay healthy!

Ate soft pretzels here and bought new shoes from a giant shoes store. Has some nice stores, I loved it. Only bad part was when I ate every table/chair was very dirty. So I just sat on a bench.

I’m not usually a walk around/hang out in the mall type of person but as first timers who visited during the Easter season, we loved our time at (huge) SouthPark Mall in Ohio! We originally stopped only for Build-a-Bear but we ended up spending hours in the mall. It was clean, not busy nor crowded, there are so many nice stores and PLENTY of things to do especially for families with children. We stopped at Build-a-Bear, of course. Then we rode the train around the mall (which was $5 per person). Afterwards, my little one rode the electronic animals around the first floor of the mall and she absolutely loved every minute of it (which I believe was about $1 a minute). The mall was so cutely decorated for the Spring/Easter season with my favorite decorations being the few miniature homes they had set up which are so cute! The Easter Bunny was also there and ready for photos with the cutest backdrop/display. Will totally be back to SouthPark Mall in Ohio the next time I am in town!

I will never go to this mall again after they screwed over the shop n play. I would travel an hour to bring my kids here because they loved it and I loved the break. The manager was so nice and she always remembered my kids. They literally just remodeled the place and the mall terminated their lease…presumably to bring in a copycat for more money. Hope the other tenants get a clue and move on before this place turns into midway mall.
