I got a gel manicure. The nail technician did absolutely nothing to my cuticles (didn't even push them back) and left polish all around my nail. When she put nail oil on my cuticles, she asked me to rub it in myself and said I was done. She repeatedly had me pull my hand out of the lamp before the timer was up, making my manicure chip within a matter of hours. However, the staff were friendly and the nail art and polish itself was pretty.

This business is awful I been waiting for almost 3 hours have yet to be assisted. All I needed was NAIL REMOVAL!!! That’s literally all I need 3 hours for nail removal. They was steady getting people that came in before me. This doesn’t make any sense. If you aren’t one of their regulars you’ll be waiting forever. One lady just left because she been waiting for awhile too. Like this doesn’t make any sense. They need more workers here. This is why I go to Huntsville to get my nails done. Cause this area have no good nail salons.

This establishment is very unprofessional and does not know how to treat a customer. I went in to get a fill in because ( male owner ) had done them two weeks prior, and he told me that he was busy and was not going to do them. He stated that he has too many customers and that it would be a two hour wait. I told him that I would wait because I wanted to stay with the same person that did them. He told me that he was not going to do them. I was in total shock that anyone with a business treat customers like this. Very unprofessional and disgusted.
If you want a nice friendly atmosphere where they appreciate their customers go to Sugar
Nails. A much cleaner and nicer nail salon with excellent prices. They did an excellent job and I will be back.
