Horrible experience - so bad I never even got my hair cut. I arrived today - May 12, 2018 - and was told it would be about 5 minutes wait for a haircut. She got paid for the 2 previous customers, then started cleaning up. Her friends arrived with a bunch of balloons. I glanced at my watch, then sat down to wait. The friends & her visited for 20 minutes - remember me glancing at my watch- & showed no indication of stopping. I went to the desk & told her to forget about cutting my hair & she could continue to visit & socialize. Couldn’T believe it, she got upset with me for not waiting longer.

The review by randy is not correct. It was me the friend with balloons. I was at the salon for 5-8mins. I had to ask her a question I was fast and also had to buy shampoo and conditioner. Katrina is the only person that does my hair, my two kids hair and my fiance hair! She is the best and most professional person I know. And since I did notice the guy I was fast about what I had to ask her and got my produces and left. Not even 10mins. Also to add he told her to socialize AFTER I got my products and was cashing out. Not once did she stop cleaning when I asked her. She gave me a hug and finished cleaning before even cashing me out. So just need to set the story straight from the review that was no where near true. She is amazing ❤️❤️

Website shows hours on Friday starting at 10:00 am...I arrived at 10:20 store all locked up! Called and got machine that says hours start at 11am...guess what? They won't get my business...my time is also valuable !

Came in to have my hair done And it turned out great
I was nervous at first because I have very thick hair but the girl I had (Sonya, I believe) made it look awesome! Thank you!!

Love coming to regis! All the staff if great and so friendly! I personally see Kaitlin and she is amazing!
