Under new management now, but done very well. This is the real Green Bay Nail Stop, Ladies. Prices are very reasonable and the service is clear and concise. I'm not your run if the mill nail customer, and I got a custom job I'm very happy about. My ghostly skulls in December are awesome! I got them in "stelleto" with the perfect back black glitter.

Recently I relocated back to the Fox Valley and was looking for a nice salon. Pro Nails had signs posted all over Military Ave staying "Walk Ins Welcome". Well, I work very long hours and they are close to my office so I thought "perfect". I decided to work through my lunch and then go try a mani/pedi. When I arrived I was turned away????! I asked where else I could go and the man there became extremely rude. So much for customer service! They were not busy (only one customer) and it was 2 in the afternoon! If you can't take walk ins don't post signs that you can. False advertising? And, expect potential customers to be upset when they take time out of their busy day believing the signs and skipping their lunch! If you want to support a local business that appreciates customers do not go to this salon. Thankfully there are many other salons that appreciate customers and do a great job. And, they lost turning me away and being rude. I leave generous tips and am very kind to people in the service industry. I'm in sales and know how to work with the public. This salon not so much. Worse customer service ever!!

People were nice but the place is dirty . They didn't wash the foot bowls after they were used. Chairs are dirty and have rips in them. Will not go back.

Recently had a pedicure and a manicure at ProNails. Both times had an awesome experience!! Very comfortable atmosphere, fun not stuffy! Katy did a great job-- my hands and feet feel and look fantastic!

Great atmosphere and everyone is very friendly. I could see why they are always booked.
What I don't like is the quality. I had a mani-pedi with my mom and sister and we all had our nails smudge before we left the place. There was no fixing it as the gentleman was nearly rushing us out the door so others could be helped.
Another instance was when I went in for a french shellac. It chipped in the first 3 days, had bubbles in the top coat, and all of the ends were severely worn after just a week (not to mention the top coat was so thick on some nail sides that my nails look lopsided). They did fix the chip for free with only a medium amount of attitude.
What upset me most about this last time I went in was that I told the gentleman not to cut my nails, just round them off. He cut my nails.. at least 1/2" was gone. I finally got all of them to the same length at the same time and he cut them. I know they are just nails but I don't treat myself to getting them done often (4 times in my life) so this was a big deal to me. $40 for a shellac that looked poorly done and what I would say a huge mistake of cutting my nails. He wouldn't even give me a discount for messing up so bad.
Another downside is that even when you do have an appointment, if they are busy you are most likely not going to start on time. I was in with a lady who waited 30 minutes past her appointment time to even start soaking. I was there for over an hour total for a shellac mani. That isn't bad, just get ready to wait.
