They were great!! Spent a ton of time shaping my nails and making them look how I wanted. The shop was bright and clean and super comfortable.

So this place is normally great. However this time I had made an appointment for 10am the guy was late by 15 minutes, he kept leaving to take calls and he cut my finger with the dremel and did not even say anything or offer a discount. Kinda disappointed in the lack of professionalism today.

Have used this place occasionally over past few years and managed to get my 10 stamps on the "buy 10 get one free" card. However when I went to use it after some hem and haw they told me it was just for $15 off. They aren't as good as other places and poor business practice has lost this customer.

I can barely touch my feet anymore because they've gotten so far away, so a nice pedicure is a welcome treat! THE delightful and friendly staff MAKE it a super experience,

Usually I am very happy with my visits there.However ,today that was not the case.I went to get mani,pedi and my eyebrows done.My manicure is usually done by Tina or Emily (who are great),however, today it was an older woman who work on station number 3. If you care aboit yourself,please AVOID Her at all costs.First of all ,she soaked my nails in so much gel polish remover ,that it was literally dripping from my nails .Then she asked the girl who was doing my toes what kind of nails I have and how to remove them.Then she proceeded to file my nails so hard, one of them actually broke shortly after leaving the salon. Afterwards, she started putting a gel coat on without completely removing the old one or properly cleaning and preparing my nails. Her own nails are dirty with bits of 100 year old polish on them and signs of fungus infection .What I have as a result : crooked nails , smudged toenails and an eyebrows from which one us longer than the other.I used to spend close to $150 dollars there every month ,not anymore .
