This place was horrible! I called ahead to ask if they did powder nails and the lady on the line was very rude to us. My daughter and I then went in 15-20 minutes later to get a manicure and pedicure and we were seated right away. We got our pedicures first and we could both tell that the ladies who did our nails were talking about us; they were laughing and looking at us. After we went to get our powder nails done and they filed our nails very roughly. Then, our nails weren’t buffed properly so after our manicures were done, you could feel the rough part on your nails. The blue color my daughter chose looked different from the sample nails she chose from; they were dull and darker. My french tips were horrible, the nails were rounded on one end and pointy on the other side. the actual white parts of the nail weren’t curved properly, my daughter could’ve done better. All in all, go to any other place except for Orchids, you will not be satisfied.

Very happy with my nails today. CINDY had such a steady hand and nailed the beautiful coffin shaped nails. I have had trouble with some of the artists In the past BUT Cindy is the best. If you are to go here request CINDY. ❤️❤️

First time visiting Orchid and had a great experience. Staff was kind, great atmosphere, offered extras, and the final product is great. Prices are very reasonable.

Best mani pedi ever! Cindy took great care of me, I’ve got an injured foot and she took great care to make me comfortable! I would recommend this place to everyone! The prices are great, salon is pretty and clean and i have never had a bad experience! I’ve been coming here now for more than a year and will keep coming back !!

Worst place ever! Extremely rude! Nails look horrible. I asked for American the did french and not even fully covered the tips. Then wouldn't give me a refund unless "they ripped all the nails off" yea ok rip my nails off! Place is a joke. I don't even think some of them are licensed! I will be calling thr board of cosmetology!
