They have no customer service etiquette. They over charge also very unprofessional. they do lousy job.

I have been going here for a few years now, and I have "almost always" had a great experience.
They are clean, friendly, and they do a good job.

HORRIBLE! I WOULDN'T WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY! You are taking your chances at this place! Got gel polish...took 1hr 40 minutes and they chipped the next day. I went in asked for them to be redone Diana said she did not need to do I was wrong. They continued to chip. I am sitting on a Plane leaving for a 2 week vacation which I wad hoping for nice nails and no such luck! Poor customer service and quality. Worst gel polish manicure I have ever had!

Fast, clean, and fabulous manicure pedicures! Live in Encino and drive out to Sherman Oaks to get my nails done there every 2 weeks!
