I am very upset with the way Rachel the owner runs her business! I’ve been coming here for months and every time I come, even when I make an appointment I sit here for an hour or more!
I cane Saturday morning around 10:15am which I had an appointment for. I did not get seen until 11:27
Then on top of that, upon leaving the store for my weekend, I noticed my nail polish was bubbling up, then Sunday 4 nails just popped off, I didn’t even realize until I got a shower, normally they hurt if the nail is thick or done properly
I didn’t even notice them. I cane back today wanting them fixed free of charge! They then wanted to charge me!
Knowing they were closed Saturday and Sunday for holidays!
I got here at 12:40 and I am still sitting here waiting for my nails to be done which are only 4 replacements, the women has taken 3 other customers that cane well after me! I will be sharing this on Facebook and any other social media sites and I am sick of being treated so poorly when I pay so well! And the mistakes are there’s!
They rush you, they claim only one person can do acrylic, they got other customer saying I would be mad too! Not only did I come in for my nails but my sister cane in too and I needed my feet done
Such a shame!!!!!

Nice salon. Very relaxing and reasonably priced. All of their people do fine work. They always fit me in without an appointment. I have been going there for years.

Yesterday was my first time at Nail Fetish. I called in the morning and made an appointment for my stepmom and myself at 5:30. When we arrived, it was very busy but our wait time was short. All the staff members we encountered were extremely nice and easy going. They listened very well to what we wanted. Both my stepmom and myself brought pictures of nails to reference what we wanted. The staff immediately went and matched the colors they offered to the pictures we brought. I got a shellac gel manicure and my stepmom got a gel full set. I have never been more pleased with my experience at a nail salon. The overall vibe there was very clean and welcoming. Not only do I plan to return for my nails, I also want to schedule a pedicure in addition. Prices are in line with most nail salons in my opinion. You pay for quality. Very happy customer! Also, bring cash for a tip if you can! They prefer that. No complaints here!

I’ve now gone to a Nail Fetish 3 times and while I was so blown away the first 2 visits... my third was not so great. I made an appointment for 6:30 on Friday and when I arrived at 6 (with my stepmom) they kept saying they were so happy we came earlier so they could go home soon. I got my shellac soaked off and a new shellac manicure done. The lady cut my cuticles 3 times to the point of bleeding. She did say sorry, but the whole process felt rushed. I understand wanting to head home on a Friday night but if that’s how you feel, you shouldn’t accept late appointments. To this day (a week later) my cuticles are still very sensitive to the touch. She also filed down my nails almost completely after I asked her to keep the length because she kept messing up and filing them lopsided. Also, for whatever reason my manicure has already began to chip. The other two times I got the same exact manicure, I only experienced this after 12-13 days (before I was due for another). I haven’t done anything different than I normally do.
Please understand, I’m not a high maintenance or picky person what so ever but when I’m returning to the same salon multiple times, I expect consistent treatment. It made me really sad this was my experience. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself returning. I just can’t have to worry about getting different results every time I go.
My stepmom got her liquid gel and tips taken off (or so she was told) when we went. They told her they shaved down the tips and after doing a shellac manicure, you could clearly see the tips were still on her nails. The fact they acted like it was done properly and left her nails looking wonky is just not okay, especially because it’s $10 to have the tips removed. Overall just really bummed out this was the end result. If you’re willing to take a chance it might be the best experience you’ve had.. or it could be the worst. Your call!

I got my nails done and they were poorly done. They are way too thick it’s not what I asked for and they just look terrible.

I was introduced to gel here and love it! I usually get a design too ! They do a great job!
