I have been going to LA Nails for over 7 years and have always received excellent service. My manicures and pedicures are always of a 5 star quality. I wanted to take the time to write a review because when I went to LA Nails today I was reluctant to have a pedicure due to having recently broken my toe. Not a problem... the pedicure was with no pain, very relaxing and all ten toes look magnificent ... thank you for your consistent quality service that you always provide !!!

HORRIBLE PLACE! I went for a pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was okay. It was a bit rushed and the lady didn't carefully paint my toe nails and missed some spots. Afterward, I sat down to get my gel manicure. All she did was file down my nail, put a primer, and SUPER SLOPPILY put the gel polish on. After the gel was hardened i asked her politely if she could fix the places where the polish was on my skin and hanging of my nails. She said "no its supposed to be that way" and "it looks fine" and didn't fix them. I paid a good amount of money to get both my pedicure and gel manicure done and i am very pissed that she didn't do a better job. If you are thinking about going to this place, DON'T!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The lady who did my nails was so rude! I got there an HOUR before they closed, and she made comments the whole time like "if you got here earlier I would have done a better job." What!? My nails look horrible as well, I got gel and she got the gel all over the skin around my nails and when I asked her politely to clean it off she said "oh its supposed to look like this." And she kept going! I've been trying for the past 20 minutes to get all the extra gel off my skin!! I'm just glad my mom had a nice lady who did her nails, but the lady who did mine was just horrible! On top of all of this everything together cost $117.00!!!! It's such a ridiculous price to pay for gel! When we gave this lady her tip she said, "Oh a little cheap are we?" Like what?! You did a horrible job but yet you still expect me to give you a good tip?? It was overall a bad experience I do not recommend.

My daughter and I went for her birthday. We both had manicures and pedicures. My daughter has some issues with her left hand and foot due to a stroke at a young age. The woman was pretty good with her but as far as my treatment went, that was a different story. The middle-age man did my pedicure and manicure. Both went very fast. He barely touched my heals during the pedicure and I still had quite a bit of dry cuticles on my fingers. I will not go back there again.
