VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
When I first in the store they were very respectful and helpful. I purchased a nice bike. However, found out I had a physical limitation and could not ride it. Went back to ask if I could return it. I understood a restocking fee and accepted that. I was told I would get a call back, but I got nothing. Even called twice again and was ignored and emailed the store with no response. I guess it is the old saying,,, They Got their Money.... They could care less. Will NEVER step foot in that store again.
