We have used another place in the area for years but had been unhappy with the services the last couple of times so we decided to give BB a try. It was amazing! Beautiful shop, friendly and outgoing staff, & free drinks while we waited was a great touch! Our techs were very gentle & thorough and we loved our toes! All for a better price than we are used to. We will definitely be returning!

I went here for the first time about three weeks ago. I was amazed by the interior of the place as it was very beautiful. My friends and I signed in like we were told and two of us waited for a long time, but we were walk-ins so we understood. When I finally got called to get my acrylic set, I was disappointed. I showed the tech a design and he told me he would have to use a sticker, so I showed him a different reference and he simply told me he couldn’t do designs. The second design I showed him were just simple straight lines, so I was fairly disappointed. I still went through with getting my nails done here. The first few days I was still pleased with what he gave me. However, after 5 or so days, my nails started to feel like they were going to fall off. Every time they are bumped they feel as if they’re hanging on by a thread. I also feel as if the price I paid was quite high for the fact that I was denied designs and had to stick with a simple polish. Great place if you want simplicity and fragile nails, otherwise, no.

Went here for the first time because where we originally planned to go was fully booked. What a lucky change! Clean, beautiful salon. Friendly employees. Fabulous pedicure! Best place in Grove City ! Will definitely recommend & be back! Thanks July for the great service!

I absolutely love this place. It’s super close to my home, they are kind and courteous, and it’s big enough to social distance and stay safe. You can even have a glass of wine, during serving hours, if you like. The only down side was my appointment was missed and I had to wait 30 minutes for the next available person. That shouldn’t happen when you make the appointment by phone the day before. Hopefully this improves for next time.

Disappointed. Long time customer. We have always loved BB Nails. This was our first visit since they changed facilities, so we were excited. On a fairly busy Sunday afternoon, we walked in for pedicures. We signed in and were told to proceed to the back of the room and have a seat in the last two chairs.
We waited for 45 minutes. After that, no one said anything to us. We sat in the chairs, for so long that our water was cold. The music was loud and the lyrics had excessive profanity. The new massage chairs are uncomfortable and much weaker than the old chairs. The lighting in the older facility was dark and relaxing. The new lights make it difficult to relax because they are so bright.
After 45 minutes of no service, we got up and walked out.
My overall opinion is that it was necessary to get a larger space due to their high demand. While the new space is much larger, there don’t seem to be enough employees to accommodate patrons.
Miss the old facility.
