The is very unprofessional. My young daughter and I went in for pedicures. As we waited walk ins were taken before us. No apology given when brought to their attention. When we were seated and was starting the soak I noticed skin shavings floating in both of our waters. They made excuses when brought to their attention. Needless to say we left without services and will never return there. Very unsanitary and very unprofessional.

Took my oldest son to get his first pedicure. Wait was not long and we were seated and assisted right away. I also got the sea salt scrub from a lady who has done my feet before. She takes her time and does a professional job. By the time his feet were done and his legs rubbed, she was almost done with my feet. Steady traffic even on a Monday. Only draw back water was hot and later cold at times. And my massage chair worked intermittently. They earned their tip, and then some.

$40 for gel full set. Cool, no problem. Why tf are my nails lifting after 3 days of getting them done. When I called the shop. The woman who answered the phone was a complete b. When trying to explain what’s going off she asked me when I got them done I told her July 4th. She spoke in her language to someone and got back on the line and said sorry nothing I can do after you leave the shop. And I guarantee you the woman who answered the phone is the same woman who did my nails with her stinky mouth. Don’t go here, they are horrible and overly priced.

I got the gel nails for my sister's wedding I was attending as a bridesmaid. I picked the color which was blue I gave her the nail polish, then she puts it down next to another nail polish which was bright red! I was sitting in my chair and the lady wouldn't stop talking to the other lady for about 30 minutes. Then she finally starts cleaning and painting my nails and uses the red one! I tell her stop! She doesn't listen, she's too busy talking to the other lady. I forgot to mention that they all are speaking a different language! Then she finishes and they are so messy! It looks like she painted them with her eyes closed! A 2 year old could do a better job than her! When cleaning she cut my finger and it hurt! A few days later, it's infected and swollen! Go to Queens' Nails, much better not far. Queens nails is professional and they know what they are doing!

Believe the one star reviews. Spa Pedicure advertised on window as $25 special combo with mani. Get in the chair and it’s just a polish change. They up-sell a $27 pedi that includes 15 minute massage that turns out to be five. When I asked why the massage was so short, she said that the 15 minutes includes the time it takes to rub on the sad sugar scrub. What a rip off. I get the same service at my regular place (which I will never abandon ever again) for $18. I’m usually a great tipper. First time in my life I didn’t tip. It’s a shame the way they treat customers. Def will not be back.
