This is my favorite nail salon in town! The nail techs are always kind even when they are super busy (which is often). I have had to wait about an hour a couple of times I have been here but it is worth it for the quality of service that this business provides. They have gel, dip, and regular polish all in matching colors so you can have dip on your fingers and polish on your toes that completely match! The salon is always spotless also which isn’t something I’ve seen at many other Lubbock nail salons. Don’t let the wait scare you away to a less superior business.

If you go there right when they open you have a chance to get in and out on a timely manner. However last 2 times has been mid afternoon. As you walk in they tell you to wash your hands and sit at a location #. They do not tell you how long the wait is. 1st I waited 30 minutes and walked out. Yesterday I waited an hour and no one came to me. They only had one lady doing pedicures. They took other customers that walked in after me because they may feel they are above the pedicure level. I tip well and I am professional. You can also tell they have their favorites. I will NOT be returning g level.

My daughter went to get her nails done for her back to school and the manager yelled at my daughter which she's only 16 years old. I told her to remove them and give her money back. The job was horrible and on top of that my daughter said she didn't even prep her nails with primer or anything just filed and put the nails on they were textured and bumpy and very sloppy.and rushed. I repeat the manager better watch I'm not done with her. I will show you what the pictures was and what work they did..I will let y'all see what work she did. Terrible place. I went to Coco Nail Lounge for the first time and the service was AMAZING!!! The service was excellent and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quality experience.

The first time I went here, my nails (acrylics) turned out incredible in every way. They lasted a month without chipping or breaking, they were beautiful, and I started turning everyone who asked me about them to this place. I loved it. After that, my experiences only went downhill. I have been back 4 times, and never again. The man I had today was VERY rough with me and seemed angry with me the entire time I was in the chair. When he went to cut down the tips, he cut them shorter than I wanted, but the two hands were different lengths. I brought it up and said that I preferred the longer ones, but he just seemed to get angry with me. He said that he cut the second hand to match the first, but they didn’t even match each other. I asked if we could just make the first hand match the length of the second and he refused again, stating that longer costs more. I don’t have an issue paying whatever price it is, as long as my nails are good quality. When he started laying the acrylic, I said that I don’t think it will go well with the colors for the design I chose, as it was too light. I asked if there was a more natural base color and he then got angry again and said I had a whole book to choose from, to choose a new color. I had been upset the entire time, so I just asked if he will take it all off, I’ll pay whatever price I need for the cost of the tips and the time wasted, and he got angry and called his boss (the owner). I tried to explain that I was unhappy and wanted to leave and she began acting very unprofessional and got angry as well. That is not the first time she has raised her voice to me during a visit there. It makes me sick the way they made me feel, I left shaking and crying. Since I am not the only person I know to have had a terrible experience there, I don’t think I will return nor will I share any positive experiences from there.
