I had the absolute best experience with Iris, my hair stylist! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and listened carefully to what I wanted. Her attention to detail and professional touch were next level. She took her time, made sure everything was perfect, and the end result? My hair looks amazing! I’ve never felt more confident walking out of a salon. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your hair and delivers flawless results, Iris is the one. Highly recommend!

The manicurist was very good, the people that work there are mostly nice, but the owner who had a promotion of giving a 15$ credit to whomever brought a new client, would always tell me next time I will apply the credit, after bringing several friends and my 3 daughters as new customers to the salon I asked the credit to be applied to my services, she said "the promotion is no longer going" which was not true as signs were posted all over the salon and legally should be honored, but the credits were in my profile and I saw her erase them. This is NOT OK! She lost a client that has been going there since the day she opened many years ago for not honoring a promotion, it's not the 15$ (times 3) that she owed me, it's the pettiness of the fact.

This is the best place in Miami to get your nails done! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your nails are perfect even if it requires extra time. My mom, sister, and I have been going here for years and love it. Yami & Rosmary are the best! Don’t be fooled by the bad reviews! Some customers are completely unreasonable and demanding which is not the fault of the techs nor the owner. For example, I was getting a manicure with Rosmary today and witnessed a very rude customer who treated them poorly and called them disrespectful names, all because she did not like the price they kindly gave her BEFORE even getting the service done!

I have been going to this nail business for 5 years. I used to love the service, until today. I called in the morning, I scheduled my appointment for 4:30. Marta, the owner who took my call, asked me to arrive 10 minutes earlier to choose my nail color, which I did. I live 30 minutes away. I paid for the service, and they told me to meet the manicure, Gonzalez, next door. I go next door and she was just starting a nail, but it was my time. They did not made an effort to accommodate me, and told me there was nothing they could do. I explained this was the 3rd time this happened to me. First 2 times I could wait, but today I had a dinner at 6:30 and I really needed my nails done. No sympathy whatsoever.. even the owner on the phone told me nothing could be done. What a shame. They have a rule that they make you pay if you have an emergency and don’t cancel an appointment 1 hour before, but when they make a mistake it is your problem, not theirs. They probably will continue to do business as usual because they are cheap for nail in miami area, but they really provide bad customer service, they disregard a client of many years as they don’t need the business. I guess they have enough clients to cover for their incompetence. I will find another good place and be happy, while they will continue to treat clients as disposable items.

Wow, what a great experience today. This was the first time I tried this salon. I made an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. Marta, the owner, was so nice and helpful. My nail tech Alexandria did an excellent job. So precise on the cuticles and polish, and took her time. I highly recommend this nail salon.
