Alright... I usually get my eyebrows waxed here by crystal and only her and usually they come out okay. Sometimes I have to go home and pluck a few hairs here and there (not a big deal) BUT, this time around she was super rushed and she went over another part of my eyebrow and it left about an inch long cut on my eyebrow bone. It’s big enough to scab :/ I definitely won’t be returning here again.

Yes, there is a wait unless you make an appointment....we live in San Tan people there are only so many places to go. Always a fun time when I go here. The staff are very friendly and Steve will sometimes sing, very entertaining. I have never had a bad experience here and their work is very nice. Worth the wait.

Nice people but, very busy. You're waiting at least 30-45min without an appointment. When I finally did get seated, the gentleman that did my nails was very short with me and seemed to be having a bad day. My nails were not even, there were lumps on my nails and they were filed crooked.

CRYSTAL has been doing my nails for many years and is amazing. She will never disappoint you when she does your nails.
