I had my UV Gel nails taken off and Gel polish applied to my real nail. Short to say, my nails are the wrong shape, even though I asked for them to be pointed twice, they’re all different lengths, even though I asked for them to be evened out the same length 3 times, my nails are curved inwards in the center instead of a normal outward curve, and they’re all way too thin and lumpy. I’ll be surprise if at least one doesn’t rip off this week, even with the thick gel polish. Also, this is for my college graduation. So my nails are painful and misshapen right before my ceramony, awesome. I’ve never had such bad service at a nail salon.

I work right across the street so i go there to get my eyebrows done...in the beginning it was great service in & out, loved how they looked but as of lately (past month 1/2) workers are real disrespectful doesn't acknowledge that you are there when u walk in and today was my last straw with them only 2 workers and 1 person already getting her nails done so asked 2 times how long for eyebrows because no one wanted to answer the first time i asked, both workers looked at eachother and then said 15-20 mins for eyebrows while one of the workers was just sitting there doing nothing. So for now on i will take my business else where

This nail salon is great. The workers are so nice and respectful [although I only went there once.]

Very rude and disrespectful .. Told nail tech my nail was lifting as she was taking the gel polish off and she did not reply so I said it again not knowing if she heard me and her reply was I know how to do my job. I proceeded to tell her I never said u couldn’t do your job because if u didn’t I wouldn’t come back here but all you had to do was say okay. She said she didn’t want to get the dust in her mouth.. I had to remind her, her mouth was covered .. nothing is free I’m paying for my service but that is NOT how you deal with a customer ... a simple okay would have been good enough for a reply
