The quality of service here is very bad. Today, I pretty much came home and removed the paint off my nails after a mani here. The owner Eileen still does a pretty job, but she has a loyal assistant who is very sweet but is terrible at every service. She has long nails and I have cuts from her rough handling during mani. She also painted my nails so badly, I had to get rid of it entirely right after I came home- thick smudgy and uneven. I've gotten waxing done by this place in the past too and it was horrible! It took 1hr 40 min to do full legs and it was horribly done... again scratch marks all over me because of the persons nails and patches of visible hair all over my legs. I had burn marks in two places. This used to be my regular place as I live fairly close by and it's convenient to stop by for nails. But not anymore. Plenty of places down the block. Will stop going here.

I actually go here for my Haircut every 5 weeks or so. Friendly and very good value.
