Wonderful experience for me and my wife and kids.
Everything was great.
Our room was clean and very nice, staff was extremely helpful and even helped us out when we got lost a few times.
We enjoyed the kids arcade, indoor and outdoor pools and the wonderful buffets they had.
Can't wait till next time, I know where I'm staying!

Went here twice, before and after our trip to burning man. On the before trip we had mimosa brunch at the toucan place, which was delicious! The food was high quality - especially the crab - and who can say no to bottomless mimosas? On our return trip we stopped by again for their sushi bar. The all-you-can-eat portion was unfortunately sold out, but we "settled" for the seafood voyage, which was incredible! Too many crab legs to count, lobster tail, and shrimp make up one delicious plate that comes with sides of butter and cocktail sauce. Will definitely be coming here again for future burns.

We ate lunch at the Toucan Charlie's buffet. The food was excellent. Everything was called to perfection. The meat was perfect, the seafood was fresh and delicious, and the desserts were to die for. Also, to top it all off, the price was extremely reasonable. Great experience and we'll definitely be visiting again soon.

Really enjoyed our stay. Tesla Supercharging helped us get our car ready for the trip home... Great meals at the Manhattan deli and the Toucan Charlie Buffet feed us well and the comfy quiet room made it easy to sleep. Nice place. Quite a bit nicer than Silver Legacy that we stayed at last trip to Reno.

I was an overnight guest here in town on business. The room was very spacious and neat. It was clean and we'll maintained. The bed was comfortable. The toiletries above average. The staff was friendly, but as normal with very large hotels, impersonal. My room was just starting to show some age, and having to wind my way through a casino to find it is tiresome. There isn't much in the way of restaurants within walking distance. You gotta drive. Overall it was above average for the price.
