Came for trim and looking for advice on my hair. Stylist didn't listen to anything I said or respond to me. As a matter of fact I was shamed about my hair. I said I don't use hairspray or blow dry and have curley hair, she ignored all that and just cut and blow dried and sprayed without showing me, checking in with me or anything. I walked out with a page boy haircut, not at all what I wanted, and in tears, only to go home and have to wash and try to style what is now on my head. Thank god my hair grows quickly. Will not be going back unfortunately.

At Flawless a warm, friendly, professional staff welcome you to their state of the art salon. You are made to feel at home and comfortable. They bend over backwards to accommodate your specific wishes and preferences, and take the time to really listen. I like my stylist, Jennie, so well that I followed her from her previous workplace to Flawless, and have been happy ever since!

Stopped in today for the first time. I had a great experience with Carmen. Most importantly I LOVE my hair ♡ balayage and trim. I got a lot of recommendations to go to Flawless and I've heard great things about each stylist.

I asked for a trim, they cut my hair way too short and my hair is all messed up now, I can't even go into public, not because it's short, but because my hair looks so bad now
