After waiting 35 minutes for a scheduled appointment, I left and would still be waiting!
This is the 2nd time I made and appointment and had to wait a considerable amount of time while she finished work started on another client.
Why make appointments????

Very upset I spent $60 on a manicure and pedicure and although it was done correctly the colors are completely different. I picked out a very pretty coral color and a couple days later I noticed my finger nails were very patchy. I brushed it off to just being the GEL that was used but it still being the same color. I just looked at my toes to realize MY NAILS ARE ORANGE/PEACH not coral whatsoever $60 was a waste of money. And also the guy there was very rude to me half doing everything my girl-friend was getting the same thing and they took their time with her and she really got scrubbed and politely talked to while I sat in silence.

I have been coming here for 4 years now. It was always good. But the last 2 out of 3 times my pedicure was only 20 minutes from beginning to end. Most pedicures are 45 minutes. They seem to have cut back on products and full service pedicures but charging the same 30.00.However ,when I complained to the manager /owner he did not charge me. I still tipped the person but half of what I usually do.
Sad, I won’t go back. Pedicures should be a relaxing experience not a rush job.

I didn’t realize that it wasn’t just walk in, so went twice with no appointment. Each time I was whisked into my chair and treated like a Queen. Both times I was taken care of by Mai, who I think is the family matron there. I am happily satisfied with this establishment, and heartily recommend them. Next time I’ll definitely make an appointment. The pedicure I received, was to die for...(heavenly)...

They’re great. My daughter and I go once a month. I get powder dip and she gets a gel manicure. Always fast and great job.
