Same thing happened to me, as the last reviewer. The worst experience of my life. Needed to buy triple antibiotic ointment and bandages when I left this place. Older woman could not see, apparently, and kept filing my skin as opposed to the nail. Worst shaped nails I have ever had. Brought it up to her several times and she ignored me. Before I sat down I asked her if she could do coffin shaped nails. Ultimately I bled on 4 fingers. Ran out of there, NEVER again. I was being lazy, by doing my nails inside a Wal-Mart...

Horrible experience. First I didn't understand them, they barely speak english. Second, a lot of blood and rudeness. My nails super thick and the nail polish horrible. I almost go to another place to fix it but I will wait until next week. My nails look like candies.... Horribleeeee

I went here once. Never going again. I got acrylic nails and they were so bad they only lasted one week. My nails were badly shaped and when I nicely told the lady she got mad and started failing my nails so roughly to the point where I started bleeding.
