This is the second time I have had my nails done here. The first experience was not very good, but everyone has an off day so I decided to give it another try. I’m so upset with the service I received. Not only did I feel like they really could care less if I was a customer or not, but they also did not care about my request. When I entered the store I asked for a gel manicure with a regular pedicure MATCHING COLORS! I was handed a book of colors where I made my selection. My gel manicure was done first with my selected color (did I mention when I sat down I also stated I wanted matching colors). Then I received my pedicure and when I came time for polish I was told there is not a matching color???? Really? I’m so over this place! They are expensive and not worth it!

I paid $12 for a standard manicure, which isn’t on the cheaper end. Though the reason I gave this place five stars is because of its awesome service.
The staff is polite and professional, the decor is modern and pleasant. All the equipment used is either new/disposable or clearly sterilized. They’ve got a great playlist which just adds to the vibe :)

Overpriced. They want $75 for a gel pedi. They are charging an extra $25 if you want to get gel. I've been to hundreds of places and the normal cost is between $10 to $15 but she made up the price of $25 extra because she really didn't know what to charge when I told her that was overpriced she said oh well sorry. Won't be coming here.
