T gives me an excellent cut every time I go in. She’s been keeping me in style for over 10 years. I used to switch hairstylists every time I got a marginal cut and she consistently gives me a good cut. It’s a delight to sit in her chair.

Giving two stars because the salon is very well put together and organized. Definitely a great atmosphere! Priscilla, the stylist who did my hair, was very kind and we had good conversation.
Unfortunately, I cannot give more than two stars at this point because of the haircut. If I ended up being happy with the cut, I would have given four or five stars, so don't let this review deter you from getting a haircut here.
I'm very particular about my bangs - I straighten them every time I shower, and I absolutely hate when they curl or when they're flat against my head. I wrote that down on the new customer sign-up sheet and told my stylist twice that I straighten my bangs and hate when they curl (my hair curls naturally). However, she did absolutely nothing to straighten my bangs and instead let me leave the salon with curled, disgusting bangs. I was so stressed out by this that I had to go home and straighten them immediately. When I straightened them, I also noticed they were uneven. So I had to adjust the cut as well.
I withheld another star because I am not happy with the haircut at all. I never blow dry my hair because it gets frizzy, so the stylist put Moroccan curl gel in my hair to help keep out the frizz. After blow drying in the salon, it seemed to be working fairly well - there was minimal frizz and it was sitting nicely. However, by the time I got home, my hair was so frizzy I had to put it up. I live about 1000 ft up the road from this salon, so that is extremely disappointing.
What's even more disappointing is that I had Priscilla touch up my layers since I had split ends. She did so and we discussed the length before she cut them, so I was very happy with her service and making sure I was okay with the length. She said she had to remove some length to better blend the old layers. However, the layers I have now are completely irreconcilable tiers that make a lot of my standard day-to-day hairstyles impossible. My hair is now very bottom-heavy and I hate bottom-heavy!!!
Moral of the story: I am disappointed to be writing such a scathing review of this haircut since the salon and staff were very nice. Wherever I go next, I will not be allowing any stylist to blow-dry my hair or do anything to my bangs.

Two of my colleagues recommended going to Fringe and I'm so grateful for their recommendation. I've been to numerous stylists who "specialize" in curly hair, but honestly T is the first stylist who has taught me how to care for my naturally curly hair. She has given me tips and advice no one else has. She really listens to her clients, is kind and funny and I always feel better after being in the salon.

Wonderful clean and professional prompt service and environment, I have been going to Fringe Salon for over eight years and have never been called for a cancellation. "T" the owner is absolutely amazing and very loving and understanding when it comes to your personal aspirations for your hair and she will work, train and teach you to get you the proven results that you desire, whether it be color, long or short styles for natural or chemically treated hair. Fringe is a very diverse venue and works with men and women as well as all ethnic hair types, I give five stars because I would never go anywhere else, Fringe is trusted, tried and true!
