they were super nice and cheap!! this young woman
gave me a pedicure and the chair gave me a nice massage: it was very relaxing

The older guy is the only nice one there. Everyone is so rude when I’m there. On this trip, The older guy is the one who did my nails and he did good except I paid for the gel so they wouldn’t scratch up and chip but it started to the very next day so I went in and asked so very quietly and Nicly if I could get them painted over (instead of the blue tip) because they looked they they haven’t been done in weeks but we’re just filled a day before. Well I was not expecting it to be free to fix (though that would have been nice) but they got loud and acted like I was a crazy lady trying to get a whole new free set. ALL I ASKED NICLY WAS TO PAINT OVER WHAT WAS ALREADY THERE. He (the younger person at the reception not the one who did my nails) had the whole store staring at me like I was asking for free nails for no reason. I ended up waking out of embarrassment when I went in so nice and WILLING TO PAY. I am not the kind of person to through a fit over something, I never have and never will, I just wanted to get what a paid for.. it was 30+ dollars just to get a gel fill that would chip up in a day.

I called to make an appointment but when I got there at my appointed time I ended up having to wait. So what is the point of making an appointment?! The person who made my appointment then wanted to argue with me about needing to make an appointment which I told her I had! Customer relations is something they need to work on. There are so many nail spas that you don't have to go to one that doesn't provide this service as well.
