They were recommending by the plumbing company to fix the drywall and insulation damage from a massive leak in our new house. John was able to stop by in about a week and told me they would either need to do a asbestos test to work on it or i could remove it my self and he could get his men to do the repair in about a week.
After Removing all the Drywall and Insulation we attempted to contact him again. 2 weeks later i finally was able to get ahold of his office. I was told there was no plans to do the repair and i should get ahold of John (who for the last 2 weeks would not answer his phone or would say he was busy and promise to call back just to never do so). I informed them i was not interested in doing business with them anymore due to the unprofessionalism they showed. Not 10 mins later John called saying that he 'recommended a drywall company to me (he never did) and that they never intended to do the job in the first place'. So John if your reading this, thank you. I have now learned how to file complaints with the better business bureau.
TLDR: Don't use them, they will stand you up and accuse you of being rude if you decide not to use them.

Jeff is outstanding: knowledgable, professional, and top-notch work. Definitely recommend BK and will work with them again.

Jeff quickly demonstrated his knowledge and ability to address the damages related to a broken water pipe in our home. He and his team identified all areas that were affected then ensured everything was properly dried out and cleaned up as quickly as possible. He then worked with our insurance adjuster to develop an itemized restoration plan and the associated costs. Throughout the restoration process he communicated what needed to be done and when it would be done. He and his team were conscientious of the stresses a family feels when they go through something like this. We appreciated their flexibility and quality of work. They were always polite, friendly and would try to minimize the disruption to our day-to-day living.

Jeff and the crew at BK Restoration have been amazing to work with. After another contractor left us high and dry while we worked through storm damage, Jeff jumped in and took care of all of our interior needs. When we set out to redo our bathroom this spring, we first turned to Jeff and BK and were appreciative of their reasonable costs and timeliness. The project is going faster than we expected and I've never been able to say that about a contractor before!

John D. came out and looked things over after my property took a brutal pounding from the 5/9 hailstorm. He was great. We talked about exterior and interior work and working through issues with the insurance company. I told him that I hadn't known that they also did exterior work, but that I was planning on using them for sure for my extensive water damage: sheet rock, paint, insulation, flooring.
I called BK maybe a week later to see where we were on scheduling interior work, but when they found out my roof was already on--which they said would have to happen before we could do anything inside --they said they couldn't help me. The just dumped me, refused to recommended anyone else, and now won't respond to emails. They said they got too busy and won't even discuss rescheduling.
I assume the profit is in exterior work and they aren't interested helping on the "smaller" interior job.
