I've always heard great things about this place!! However, I went in to get those irritating chin hairs waxed and ended up with a painful burn. I did get my money back , but instead of getting a sincere apology Cindy had nothing but an attitude about the situation. She first tried to say it was an allergic reaction, then she said since I was getting my entire chin waxed it's easy for her to go over the same spot two or three times accidently before she said she has waxed the same spot many times on many people before and this has never happened. I'm not a cosmetologist but I'm pretty sure your never are supposed to wax over the same area???? I'm also told that a hard wax should have been used instead of the soft wax she used. I understand accidents happen but she could have been more mature and sympathetic about the situation.
