If I could rate no stars, I would. I got my nails done Tuesday, and already 3 nails have popped off. All I did was scratch my head! If you are looking for somewhere to get LASTING nails, I would recommend going somewhere else. From and first and LAST time customer.

I really like this salon. I bypass about 5 nail salons to get to it. The staff is much friendlier than a lot of other salons I've been to. They also get you in and out faster than a few I've been too. Also, maybe it's just me...but I've noticed that at some nail salons, the techs are a little "aggressive" the way they tug on your arms and pull on your hands and fingers. Not so much here. The staff is also pretty good with their English. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because the decor could be a little more "relaxing". Other than that...2 thumbs up!!

They didn't greet us very rude took other customers before me while waiting ignored us when we tried to ask a questions no good customer service skills at all. Not pleasant at all

They are rude and don't treat ppl right. Very unprofessional. The lady there was rude and mean I ask her a question she got snappy and said she didnt want to do my nails.she was loud and very ugly demeanor if I could give them a negative 0 I would. I don't recommend anyone to go here unless you want bad treatment and unprofessional service. They need to learn how to treat ppl instead of just wanting there money. Never again and o had been going there for awhile too smh. Need ppl skills.

Awful. I asked for a gel polish/manicure... she used nail bonding glue on my nails before putting the gel polish over them. I've never seen this and my nails are now breaking, less than a week of having them done. The polish was uneven and she applied 5 coats, maybe the polish was cheap? Do not go here, save your money - it costs the same to go to a nail salon that has better product and more knowledgable nail techs. So annoyed I wasted my time and money here and tipped well. >:-(
