They forgot that i was waiting to get my nails done. Then the nail tech rushed to get them done cause it was 8pm and mine still weren't done. My nails arent filed evenly on the tops and sides. Didn't notice until next day.

Stopped by Nails Plus for the first time to make an appointment based on reviews I had seen on other sites and it's close to my office. I showed the lady at the front desk what design I was looking for and asked the cost for both a traditional manicure/ pedicure using shellac (for both my finger & toe nails). She looked at the photo and said yes she could do that and give me a price. The day of my appointment I was set up with a tech that seemed to be sweet, but could not speak any English so the original lady that had made my appointment was telling her what I wanted. I showed them both again the picture and they said yes no problem, but with the shellac on both my finger and toe nails it would be 10 more dollars then what the price was that she had originally told me. I reminded her what she had told 2 days before and she said she didn't know I wanted it on my feet. I agreed to the 10 extra dollars because I needed the shellac on both. However I watched her write it in their appointment book for a mani/pedi with shellac. They did a total of four designs one on one finger one each hand and one on each of my big toes. Once I go to leave and pay it was 25 more dollars then what she told me it would be when I made the appointment and 15 more from the time they started my pedicure to when they finished. She said it was because of them using the shellac and the total of 4 designs they did. I was very upset and floored at the fact that she kept going up on my price after asking a number of times about the design and the shellac, but did not want to cause a scene so I paid for it. I will never go back there again.

My mom got a pedicure here today. She was able to walk-in and be seen immediately. The salon is very clean and inviting. The prices seemed very reasonable to me. The staff was so nice, too. I waited for my mom in the reception area and every time a customer walked in the staff was so polite and professional. I would recommend this nail salon to others.

Didn't do a good job on my nails. I went to them to get a fill-in the didn't put enough acrylic on the nails which caused them to raise up & have to be taken off & replaced.

Nice place. Folks are friendly and the price is great as well.
