Very pleased with my first experience at Bliss Nail Spa. Surprised by the poor reviews. They were very friendly and did exactly what I wanted after explaining the various options to me. I got a shellac manicure and deluxe pedicure by Sue and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Happy to have found a place that I’m happy to go back to.

The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to.
First of all, we called ahead and they did not get our appointment correct. They thought it was only for one person, however, he repeated back that it was for two people when we were on the phone with him. Then he asks if we can do one now and one two hours later... really??
Second, my manicure took less than 30 minutes and a nail has already peeled back after only 5 hours. Not to mention, the staff was rude and completely unhelpful. I do not recommend at all. Go elsewhere.
UPDATE: 8 hours after my manicure, I was washing my face when one nail completely peeled off. I proceeded to check all my nails, they all were able to be easily PEELED off. If you get gel manicures often, you know that this would be rather difficult to do if the nails had been done well.

Extremely rude & domineering owner- beautiful spa but there is a reason there is only one person in it at a time. Go to “Heaven” just blocks away- also clean, nice, neat atmosphere where you are waited on while you get your nails done (the owners are kind and upbeat). Don’t go to bliss unless it is to use a coupon.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Do not book here, and especially through Beauty Now on Groupon. My husband and I booked for my Birthday, and they confirmed but did not have our appointments listed the day of. I had to spend over 1.5hours ON MY BIRTHDAY to get this refunded. Complete scam. There was zero remorse at Bliss and absolutely no appropriate resolution. Ridiculous.

Good manicure and clean spa. Very short (I’d say less than 2 min total) massage when I got the deluxe manicure. I’m very upset because I specifically asked to use LED instead of UV light, and I googled the light afterwards only to find that it was indeed UV. That’s putting my health at risk. I saw they had the LED option and chose not to use it - my guess is because it’s not as fast.
