Worst wing stop around, the girls there seemed drunk with some kinda no gives feeling, attitude defensive not only to me but others paying customers, needs course in customer service, asked for the fries to be extra season they didnt listen. Honestly need new staffing, blasting music in the back as others try to order

Tell me why that every time I come to this store specifically, I am greeted with attitude. My food, yet again, was not ready on time and of course had to wait that infamous ten minutes that I am always told. During this pandemic, one of the employees was not wearing her mask even while talking to two other customers, of which was causing other customers to have to wait outside while they already had their food. Your customer service is horrible and your organization definitely needs some work. Just to avoid this specific store, I am willing to go out of my way to drive a little bit more, just to get my food from the Wing Stop on University Ave in Riverside, they always treat my wife and I with the best customer service and never have I had a problem with my food not being ready.

0 stars for the so called manager "Angie" I have never had a conversation with a more incompetent person than I did just now. It was so difficult to try to get my point across and explain my issue because she clearly does not care about customers. I've already written to corporate, I truly hope there are repercussions for her horrible behavior, she does not belong in a position that deals with the public.

I must say I have never been so disappointed before in a wing stop. We placed an order through Door Dash and we received an order we were not satisfied with. We understood that the mistake was on our end once the order was received. I went ahead and called the location and they stated that as long as we took the entire order back that they would go ahead and replace our order. My fiance drove out there just to be told that no they would not change it because it was placed through door dash and that the mistake was ours. They should have told us that before we made the trip. During a time like this we would expect restaurants to be understanding that door dash is very sensitive when placing orders and I am very surprised that they did this to us. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

To begin with terrible customer service. Guests were asking questions and needed help and all I seen was attitude being given by the girls on Sunday night shift! The guests were being ignored. We weren’t even noticed or welcomed by the staff. Second of all, i received my order of 35 wings and two large fries. My fries were hard, brown, burnt, greasy, and super salty. I went back to get a remake the girl at the register had an ugly attitude and I seen her go to the back and make a face! I let her know to make sure she checks her orders before giving them out and she had the nerve to say that she wouldn’t know about that when the entire time she was going back and forth in and out the kitchen! She also didn’t fail to mention that the fries were just sitting there! Basically saying that they were old and I asked what the hold time for the fries were and she ignored my question! I work in a restaurant and I know for a fact that the number one priorities for a restaurant is guest satisfaction and food quality! Just a heads up please everyone double check your orders before leaving!
