Bad management. A young girl with no professional words or manners. Horrible customer service and didn’t handle with proper way. Rapeatedly said she is not taking the product back with couple weeks purchased. Blaming on Covid!!!! Going Against the receipt!

My go-to place for both cut and color. I've been seeing Christophe for the past 3-4 years and I've loved everything he's done. His cuts are always amazing and he's a hoot to talk to. His lovely heavily French accented English is always a joy to listen to though I must admit that there are time where the French twang loses me. My colorist is Dylan and she's crazy good. I love the bright colors, the crazy colors, the intense rainbows. She's the color whisper, whether you're looking for crazy or on the down-low, Dylan's your girl.

Gene Juarez has standards - that matters to me. I’ve visited several colorist and designers, and have been pleased with all of them - the artists specialize so you can Taylor yourself to a person’s strengths you like. After many years with the same hairdresser, I had to find a new one. After trying many hairdressers in my home area - Belltown, I turned to Gene Juarez. I can be guaranteed a great experience and a professional result!

My best half and I dropped in on a weekend over in Seattle for a massage for me, and a facial for her. We have been here something like 15 years ago after her car got rear-ended and the insurance company gave her money to go get massages. It’s similar to what I remember, and definitely in the top tier realm. After taking an elevator up to the floor where the actual business is located, you’re ushered back to the actual rooms were the massages take place. We were still in the changing room, and while I can’t speak to the ladies room, the guys was fine. I think the most interesting thing is that there was only one toilet and one shower. At one point there were three of us in there, one dude was peeing, one was taking a shower and I was awkwardly listening to both occur, because I too needed to pee and wanted to take a shower. I feel like there may have been a camera somewhere just seeing how I was reacting! Once everybody had taken care of what was needed, I sheepishly said hello and took my shower. The shower was very nice, had tons of jets and one of the large raining showerheads - delightful! The massage was good. Standard tables, smaller than average rooms and plenty of nice smelling things. The focus on relaxation is very present and for the most part they do a very nice job of it. Because it’s downtown and a name, it’s a bit on the expensive side but not stupid expensive like on a cruise or something. End of the day, it’s worth your time for a special occasion.
