Cost Cutters has something of a bad reputation. The hairdressers at this particular establishment are skilled in their profession. Especially given the cost, I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a standard cut.

I bring my clients with traumatic brain injury and mental illness here and they are so nice and respectful. Sometimes I get my hair cut at the same time for the good price.
