I would give them zero star. I was just there for a pedicure. The lady told me to seat on the massage chair, so I told her I didn't want massage but she still let me seat there. At the time of paying the lady at front desk was charging me 20 when it supposed to be 16. I let her know I didn't get the massage so I wanted my change but she said no with an attitude. I explained her again that I hadn't gotten the massage and she just ignored me. I didn't want to argue and I just left .

Love going here. Great place to get your nails done. Been going here for a while since my sister introduced my mom & I - they know us. Very friendly.

Pro- customer service was great
Con- my paint job had bubbles that they tried to say was my fault for putting it to close to the fan when it was really the nail tech rushing to do someone's eyebrows
The shape looked good till she painted them then you could see that some was not good at all
Price is a little high. I usually pay 10 to 13 bucks for my feet, here it was 25 and my had s was 25 because I added a design that was trash. I told my nail tech to come up with something fun. She acted like she couldn't do it so she called someone else to do the design. She gave me the old fashion design and asked me what I thought. I told her if thats the best you can do I guess. At that point i was just ready to go. On top of that they kept trying to get me to do silver when I wanted gold. Of I'm telling you gold is my color that I want don't tell me silver would look better. Smh I will never go back

It's my first time coming here. The only thing I liked about my nails is the color. I asked for coffin & my nails look more square than coffin. (Well I like my coffin more narrow at the top). My nail tech also left glue around my nails as you can see in the picture. He didn't clean. The lengths aren't equal on both hands . I had to remind him to fix it but he didn't fix them enough & I just ended up not saying anything Bc I felt like I was asking for too much. I also had to ask him to cut my regular nails. Or else it wouldn't have happened. I payed $26. I guess you get for what you pay for? 🤷🏽♀️
