I have been going to Happy Nails for more than a year now. I go regularly now and I am pleased. I at first felt that their prices were a little steep, but after comparing them to other places here in town, they are all pretty much the same. I have started making appointments instead of just walking in, because they tend to get a little busy. I am pleased with the services that I receive, and I will continue to go back.
I went back on 7/13 to get a pedicure and a gel nail polish change. I was in a bit of a hurry but I got it done anyway. I noticed that one of my nails was messed up. I had something to do on Saturday, so I called them back on Sunday. Mrs. Tia told me when to come in and she fixed it with no issues. This was great customer service!

Loved my pedicure. Tia is sweet talks to you and gives s long massage. I will be back.

Excellent service! Gel nails last 3 to 4 weeks! Friendly staff! All adds up to a place I would recommend!

I've gone a number of times for regular mani/pedis and I think the price and quality are similar to other local places. This is your standard nail salon and for the most part they do a good job (plus they are open on Sundays). That being said, like at any nail salon some techs are better than others and I recently had a guy who nicked me on the thumbnail cuticle on top of being kinda rude conversationally. So I am kind of turned off and might try other places too.

Not very happy. I just paid $100 for 2 parifin pedis. The service was wonderful. I was totally pleased and would consider driving 2 hrs to use this place again until they did my design. All I wanted was a simple heart on my big toenails. Hearts aren't hard right? They messed up the first heart so started over. Still I'm good with it. They are fixing it. But the " fix" looks horrible. They sent me out the door anyway. I was thinking surely they will offer to try another design or give me a discount but they didn't. They charged me full price and never even apologized for the mistake. They acted as if they had done good work. Not pleased anymore! Great work on my feet put horrible in design. If you go her, get a simple polish only!!
