I've come to this place about 5-10 times over the last 3 years. There's a lot of good and bad.
Good:
Quick, overall polite service, and they frequently take me as a walk-in.
There is one woman with short hair who does a great job at pedicures.
They seem totally okay with doing manicures and pedicures for little kids (if you're looking for that kind of atmosphere).
A lot better than Z Nails down the street.
Bad:
THEY ONLY TAKE CASH AND THEIR ATM HAS FEES.
My gel chips after 10 days.
They do what THEY think they should do with your nails. If you ask to keep them long but make them skinnier, they will cut them short and square. They will try to up-sell you more than once. If you pick a color, they WILL tell you "TOO dark!" for example. If you pick one color for your hands and a different color for your feet, this is treated as a huge inconvenience for them. I don't tend to react well to this as a customer.
Not the cleanest place I've been to. I question their tools, which they throw in and out of the same drawer before and after using them on you.... 😳
Their TV has been broken for months, but they leave it on playing static, and every once in a while a newscaster cuts on to the screen and then nope more static lol
I once witnessed a girl come in to say that she just had her nails done 3 days before and two chipped already. They laughed and turned her away, saying they were too busy. About 5 minutes later, three other women walked in and they were sat immediately without an appointment!! I thought that was wrong.

One of the worst nail salons, the lady didn’t listen to me about the length or shape of nails, worst of all she didn’t even ask just started snipping it short, I told her too short she said no it’s good. Towards the end I told her I wasn’t happy it was short she said you asked for short. It’s $30 for gel manicure, all of the salons I be been to charge $25 and they only take cash at this salon. They have an atm machine you could use to take cash out with a fee but do not accept cards. Really weird salon, cannot understand why their price is higher, salon not at all prestigious or alluring.

Anna does a nice job and does a nice set of acrylics if you are on a budget.... in the one that I usually get pedicures from always does a really nice massage and generally seems very nurturing and friendly witch makes a difference to me as opposed to some places where they just rush it... Do make sure you're on time for your appointment or you might be rushed though

I came in to get a French acrylic set. I was seated right away and the technician did not hurt me during the process. The place is relatively clean. However the acrylic is uneven, there is acrylic under my nails, the finish was done by buffing and you can still see areas of opaqueness and file marks. She didn't do any cutical work or hand massage or lotion. I will have to go home and fix them myself. They also don't take credit cards and have an atm to withdraw money.
