I loved this place. After going somewhere else on 16th street that was horrible, this place was a welcome change. Lilly took her time even though there were people waiting, she did not rush. They have a ton of shellac options and nail art. Very thorough job and super friendly. Definitely will go back.

This place was the worst service I've ever experienced; go there at your own risk. The only reason I went there is because I had a gift card, but it's in such a terrible location, and it had expired by the time I went. Only AFTER they did my nails did they tell me they would NOT honor my gift card. What a lousy policy and lousy service. Shop was dirty and manicure already chipping.
