Wonderful experience.i had a UV fill in of my nails and Spa pedicure Beautiful outcome. I had numerous services and so did my mother.

When In there the guy I had was horrible. He cut my finger not my nail. I absolutely said something he just kept going. I asked for 2 color blue over black. For whatever reason he couldn't do it. I asked him 3 times to stop so he gets up and starts massaging my shoulder. I told him absolutely no massage then he walked away and a women came over to attempt to clean up his mess. I stood up paid for what was done didn't give a tip and asked for a bandaid sarcastically and left. I had my sister and niece with me that witnesses this horrible service.CU never again nails!!

I was recommended this nail salon by my brother, I went in for a full set of acrylics with a friend. I watched the entire process of the guy doing my nails. He didn’t properly prep my nails, neither did he even touch my cuticles as you can see in the photos. Before leaving I expressed to the manager charles how I was not happy with the quality of my acrylics. He responded with a response on the lines of “ you didn’t speak up as the nails were getting done, so I cannot do anything besides file underneath the nails”. Which I allowed him to do, even after filing underneath the nails. My nails were obviously too thick. After 20 minutes of going back in forth, he asked if I wanted to reschedule with Sophie to get the design fixed. However the design is not the entirety of the problem. I walked in the next day for my appointment where Instead of being greeted, I was asked what was wrong with my nails by Sophie. I expressed my concerns towards the set, and she replied in frustration and was simply trying to rebuttal me. I told her the nails were already lifting despite the fact I had just got them done yesterday. Rather than supporting this horrible business and paying more money for the horrible job that they’re responsible for, I had to go to another salon near by who told me the nails on my hand were lifting. As a result I had to pay $50 for practically a new set on top of the $80 I had spent at cu nails. Overall horrible communication between everybody in that salon. The nail tech wasn’t able to communicate with me, I asked him to make the shape less sharp even with body motions, he proceeded to make my nails sharper I used body motion to get my point across. But overall horrible costumer service. I am disgusted by not only the behaviors of the employees but the responses.

I tried CU Nails after many failed attempts at finding the right nail salon after my artist moved. They were quick, friendly and I love the way my nails came out. The design wasn’t my favorite on first time but then the gentleman took the time to remove it and redo it until I was happy. The only thing i was not a fan of was the wait time even though I had an appointment and the way the gel colors are stored. It was a bit over whelming to go through over a dozen colors and palettes. Overall I will defiantly be back (: thank you for my beautiful nails!

Had my nails done Saturday and by Sunday night the were chipped. Pedicure was normal nail polish and lasted longer than my gel manicure
